A 15% restocking fee is charged to all returned items unless waved by an accounts manager. However, neither CarJamz.com nor any manufacturer will warranty their products against abuse, misuse or installation error. Examples of which include, but are not limited to: burned voice coils, punctured or damaged surrounds or speaker cones, broken speaker terminals, non-factory modifications, products used for unintended purposes, stress or trauma caused to product via misuse, broken, wet or burned circuit boards. In order to prevent such cases, CarJamz.com strongly suggests that all car audio equipment is professionally installed by certified installers. CarJamz.com will not be held responsible for incidental loss of use, installation or removal, reinstallation or shipping charges associated with defective or returned products.

3) Recieve a Return Authorization # and Restocking Fee from Customer Rep
4) Write RA # on the outside of the box and ship it to our service location at 906 Buena Vista Round Lake Beach, IL 60073 along with Restocking Fee.
